During my stay, I loved that I was within a short walking distance to the stunning Municipal Rose Garden and also found the clean and comfortable beds made my evenings very relaxing after a day of exploring. my only complaint is that the bathroom tile wasn’t very clean.

The room had a strong, musty odor and was reminiscent of outdated decor from the '70s. Cleanliness was a major issue—blood stains on the bedding, cigarette burns, and trash in the kitchen area were particularly concerning. Despite a conveniently located restaurant, I was deterred from using it after the poor room experience.

I really loved the nice courtyard with the pool and our spacious room was a pleasant surprise. However, the breakfast could definitely use some improvement! I would give it another chance if things were updated.

This place suits me perfectly! It has great wi-fi, reliable air conditioning, and a friendly 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find delicious food nearby, which I still remember. Highly recommend it!

Had a pleasant night. The staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and comfy. Loved the pretty courtyard with manicured roses. Just a heads up, the towels were way too far from the shower in the bathroom, which made it a bit annoying. Overall, pretty good value for what I paid.

This place was just a well-suited match for a cursory stop in San Jose with best value. Heard a noisy fight, which was annoying but added some entertainment. Double-check your belongings before leaving.

The room had a damp smell mixed with cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking. Shower was broken, and the second bathroom was dirty. Breakfast options were pretty basic. Did see some guests drinking outside their rooms, which felt a bit sketchy. Free internet was a plus, but overall it felt outdated and unclean.

I had a nice one-night stay here. The free breakfast was an awesome perk with fresh fruit and pastries! However, the noise from the adjacent rooms was annoying. 🙄
